Nelios has received significant distinctions for its commitment to employee wellbeing and its delivery of top-tier digital services within Greek tourism.
For the third consecutive year, Nelios was certified as a Great Place to Work, achieving its highest employee satisfaction score to date. This year, the company was also named among the top employers in the 20–49 employees category, earning placements on the Best Workplaces™ for Women Hellas 2025 and Best Workplaces™ in Professional Services & Consulting Hellas 2025 lists.
Distinctions from Great Place to Work® Hellas are based on anonymous and confidential surveys conducted amongst employees, recording their perceptions of fairness, support, meritocracy, and trust in the workplace.

The Best Workplaces™ in Professional Services & Consulting list, published in Greece for the first time, highlights companies that excel and innovate in the professional and consulting services sectors, earning recognition as employers of choice through the internationally renowned Best Workplaces™ methodology.
Meanwhile, the criteria for the Best Workplaces™ for Women Hellas recognition are based on the company’s overall performance in the Trust Index™ survey, with particular emphasis on the positive responses given by women compared to the overall workforce.
Nelios’ recognition in both categories is especially meaningful given that, according to Great Place to Work® research, only 44% of employees in Greece consider their workplace to be “excellent”, a figure notably lower than the European average of 59% and among the lowest in Europe.
In addition, for 2025, Nelios was certified as a Google Premier Partner, placing it among the top 34 companies in Greece in terms of performance on Google’s advertising platform. This distinction is awarded to the top 3% of Google’s digital agency partners who contribute meaningfully to the platform’s growth by driving revenue, attracting new clients, and implementing effective, high-quality ad campaigns.
Nelios’ Founder and CEO, Mr. Dimitris Serifis, stated: “These distinctions reflect the strategic importance we place on our people—their professional growth, teamwork, wellbeing, and innovation. In a sector like tourism, success comes from teams that feel empowered and seen. Our people are the key to our partners’ success, and we will continue to invest significantly in that direction.”
