This year, Nelios earned its fourth consecutive Great Place to Work® certification, achieving its highest employee satisfaction score to date. While reaching this four-year milestone is a distinct honor, reviewing our team’s feedback makes the achievement truly special and it is a responsibility we do not take lightly.

This past year, our team’s anonymous survey feedback brought our overall statement average to a record 94%, alongside a 97% overall satisfaction rating. We aren’t sharing these numbers to brag; but because in a digital-first world, they tell a very specific story about how we interact with each other.

This year’s feedback showed us our team gave a perfect 100% score regarding fairness across the company, as well as the approachability of management. Among others, our highest ratings included Justice, Collaboration, Impartiality, Respect, Competence and Credibility.

In terms of our work and productivity, 94% of our team would rate the service we deliver as “excellent” and would strongly endorse the company to friends and family, as a great place to work.

Turning Distance Into Connection

To understand why these numbers mean so much to us, you have to look at the realities of remote work. It’s one thing to keep a team connected online, but maintaining it, growing it, and deepening it across a fully remote team? That takes intentional effort every single day.

Culture is an Ongoing Conversation

Of course, a transparent culture means looking at the whole picture and not just the perfect scores. The same survey highlighted areas where we can keep listening and improving, like finding new ways to keep our daily tasks feeling deeply meaningful as the digital landscape shifts. We welcome those insights because perfection isn’t the goal; continuous improvement is.

Earning this certification for the fourth time is a beautiful validation, but more importantly it serves as a roadmap for our future. It shows us what we are doing right, and gives us the exact insights we need to keep refining our remote work experience.
