The Challenge
The goal of this campaign was to significantly increase bookings that include wellness programs—the very core of Euphoria’s identity and differentiation. Success required two things in parallel: Efficiently capturing demand from travellers who already intend to invest in structured wellness experiences, and nurturing high-affinity prospects who may not yet know Euphoria by name but actively seek outcomes such as rejuvenation, stress relief, or personal balance.

Our Strategy
Our strategy starts from a simple premise: make every message earn its place. We combined real guest data, category benchmarks, and on-platform signals to understand who seeks wellness, why they seek it, and when they’re ready to act. From there, we aligned targeting, creative, and bid logic to the user’s decision stage—so each touchpoint moved people measurably closer to booking.
Our approach was grounded in deep data analysis and a comprehensive, multi-layered methodology:
Customer Insights: We analysed the profiles of guests who had previously booked wellness programs, identifying common traits and purchasing patterns. These insights formed the basis for designing high-conversion audience segments.
Data-Driven Targeting: We launched targeted campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, using Euphoria’s historical data as well as benchmarking data from international wellness travellers via Nelios’ access to Google insights.
AI-Powered Optimisation: We applied AI tools for smart targeting, real-time optimisation, and dynamic message adaptation depending on the user’s stage in the conversion funnel.
Remarketing & Personalisation: We built remarketing flows based on user behaviour (e.g. users who viewed a wellness program but didn’t book), while also leveraging lookalike audiences to expand into new markets.
Creative Messaging: We focused on strong storytelling and clearly articulating the value of the wellness programmes — linking them to emotional needs like rejuvenation, stress relief, and personal balance. Testimonials and user-generated content further enhanced the campaign’s authenticity and trust.
